How to combine several PDFs into one

How to do it

Getting the order right
The most common slip-up is a merged file with pages out of sequence. Before you combine:
- Put the cover or intro page first.
- Check any scans went in the right way up. If a page is sideways, fix it with Rotate PDF first.
- Give it a quick scroll after downloading, just to be sure.
If the files are big
